SHIPPING
All shipments are generally processed within 5 business days of your order, shipped with insurance and will require a signature upon delivery. Please make sure someone will be available to sign for the package at the time of delivery. All FJD Packages are delivered via UPS, USPS, or Fedex with insurance protection. If you prefer a specific method of shipment or specific date shipped/received please let us know and we will try to accommodate your request.
If your purchase is a gift and you would like us to include a gift receipt, a note inside the package or request special wrapping, just let us know during the checkout process under the 'order notes' section.
If an order is sent back to FJD due to an insufficient or incorrect address or due to no answer, the order will be canceled and refunded minus the cost of shipping and a $15 restocking fee. If you would like to have the order reshipped, the customer will have to pay for shipping again and for any further delivery efforts requested by the customer.
